what are the best electrolytes for the body?
Over and over we see various amount of additives to our daily diet,but in fact,we are unaware of the most essential one to enhance our physical activities such as our metabolic and contraction.Contraction in that our muscles need electrolytes along with various energy sources to bring about our various response to daily stimuli.There are lots more that can be said but which are the most suitable ones?

Human body needs judicious amount of many electrolytes to function properly in long & short term.To name a few-- ,Na,K,Ca,P,cl,and some others...all are needed therefore question of "best" electrolyte is not tenable.It's like asking which side of human heart is best--Rt.or left!
